Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated MORNING Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting ICE CREAM BUCKETS, to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to navigate efficiently. THIS IS A PART TIME JOB WITH 15-20HOURS PER WEEK

Duties

  • Operate delivery vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles, safely and responsibly.
  • Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of goods.
  • Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
  • Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including organizing inventory and preparing items for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.

Skills

  • Proficiency in driving various types of vehicles, including commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients during deliveries.
  • Ability to navigate using GPS systems or maps effectively.
  • Experience in moving or warehouse operations is beneficial for efficient handling of goods.
  • Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and inventory management.
