We're growing our U.S. investment analytics team and looking for an Investment Portfolio Analyst who is passionate about real estate, modelling, and turning data into actionable investment strategy.

We're seeking an Entry-Level Data Engineer to join our fast-growing analytics team. This role is perfect for early-career professionals passionate about data infrastructure, geospatial analytics, and AI-powered insights. You'll learn how to process complex datasets — from zoning codes to satellite imagery — and build pipelines that drive real estate intelligence for cities around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build ETL pipelines to collect and transform diverse datasets (zoning, tax, geospatial, MLS, demographics).
  • Work with modern cloud data platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
  • Collaborate with AI scientists and data analysts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Participate in data modeling, schema design, and quality assurance.
  • Learn to automate and scale workflows using Python, SQL, and API integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn about geospatial data, AI systems, and real estate analytics.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to PostGIS, GeoPandas, or geospatial visualization tools.
  • Internship or project experience in data engineering or data science.
  • Interest in PropTech, urban planning, or machine learning.
