ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior Developer/Application Architect with ARO in the USA

ABOUT PROJECT

The project focuses on developing and enhancing a large-scale Management System, a digital platform designed to streamline prior authorization processes and improve operational efficiency for healthcare providers and insurers.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Hands-on expertise with OpenShift (ARO) and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in Docker containerization
  • Experience migrating from PaaS (e.g., PCF) to containerized environments.
  • Strong Java / Spring Boot development skills with a focus on RESTful APIs, data mapping, and high-volume data processing
  • Practical knowledge of DB2 or other relational databases; SQL query optimization and joins.
  • Experience integrating with Azure cloud services and developing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, UCD, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with blue-green deployments and automated release processes.
  • Working understanding of Angular (ability to review UI code and validate data flow); React is a plus.
  • Experience implementing CyberArk integration and SSO/SAML authentication; understanding of JWT and service-to-service authentication.
  • Strong documentation and process management
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft API management and HCSC integration tools (Integration Gateway, Non-person account management).
  • Experience in the healthcare domain (claims, prior authorization, payer systems).
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps or other enterprise CI/CD ecosystems.
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading within agile, multi-vendor environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, enhance, and support containerized applications within the ARO/OpenShift environment.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs with Spring Boot in Java, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines integrating with Azure and enterprise DevOps tools.
  • Oversee data mapping, transformation, and integration across multiple upstream/downstream systems.
  • Implement secure authentication mechanisms (SSO/SAML, CyberArk, JWT).
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, and QA teams to ensure reliable, compliant delivery.
  • Document technical processes, maintain system configurations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) for assigned functional and technical areas, providing mentorship as needed.
