The Opportunity

We're seeking a Counsel-level attorney with the ambition and skill to grow into a Partner within our firm.

This is a rare opportunity to join a boutique health care firm that operates with the agility of in-house counsel and the sophistication of a seasoned practice.

You'll advise emerging and established health care brands, guide transactions and integrations, and interpret complex state-by-state regulations in a rapidly evolving industry.

This role is fully remote, highly client-facing, and offers a clear partner track for attorneys who demonstrate leadership, client-development acumen, and exceptional client care.

To Apply

Please send the following to

  • Resume/CV
  • Cover letter detailing your healthcare regulatory and telehealth experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on health care regulatory compliance, telehealth structuring, and MSO/CPOM matters across states.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (management, technology, supply, employment, professional service, licensing).
  • Lead legal due diligence and deal execution for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in the health care and wellness space.
  • Provide pragmatic guidance on state scope-of-practice laws, licensing, privacy (HIPAA, state equivalents), telemedicine prescribing, and reimbursement rules.
  • Entity Formations and Management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive teams and investors—translating legal complexity into business clarity.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and client business units to structure scalable, compliant business models.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive, solutions-oriented communication.
  • Mentor junior associates or analysts as the firm grows.

Ideal Candidate

You are an experienced health care lawyer who thrives on complexity, thinks like a business owner, and sees regulatory strategy as a competitive advantage for your clients. You want to work with high-caliber peers in a firm that values autonomy, flexibility, and measurable excellence. You are ready to grow with a modern practice that rewards initiative and builds long-term client trust.

  • Strong M&A and transactional experience, particularly in regulated or healthcare-adjacent industries
  • Mastery of contract drafting and negotiation, with an eye for risk and commercial practicality
