ROSEN is looking for an HR Intern that will be based in Houston, Texas. This position reports directly to the Head of Human Resources and will be a part of the Human Resources team.  
 
What role you will play in our team
The Human Resources internship offers a 12-week immersive experience designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR functions and real business challenges. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects that support the HR department while gaining insights in our culture, operations, and strategic priorities. This is a valuable opportunity to collaborate, learn, and grow within a team committed to empower people and driving organizational performance through expert HR support, data-driven insights, and people-centered solutions. Project details will be finalized at a later date. 

Responsibilities:

What will I be doing?

•    Receive on-the-job training, experiences, and project assignments

•    Participate in an orientation program for interns

•    Be provided with a list of learning goals to complete during the internship

•    Attend regularly scheduled training sessions

•    Have opportunities to meet and interact with organizational leadership

•    Take part in ongoing coaching and mentorship conversations

•    Present on assigned projects during the internship program

•    Be invited to social and networking activities with fellow interns

•    Receive an overall evaluation at the conclusion of the internship

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?

•    Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Management, Data Science, Industrial Organization or equivalent

•    On track to graduate between Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 

Qualification or Skills:


•    Available to work a hybrid office schedule for 12 continuous weeks (May - August) 

•    Proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel and Outlook

•    Legally authorized to work in the United States, relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available.
