As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment at a leading logistics and distribution location. Your duties will include conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.22 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at logistics and distribution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and address issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor the loading docks, storage areas, and vehicle traffic to help to deter loss and unauthorized access.
• Document and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to Allied Universal and/or site management as required.
• Support site operations by assisting with visitor and vendor access in accordance with site procedures.
• Collaborate with client representatives and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and help to maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
