Job Title: GEP SMART & Oracle Support Analyst

Overview:

Client is seeking a GEP SMART & Oracle Support Analyst to manage and support our indirect procurement system (GEP SMART) and its integration with Oracle. This role will transition system ownership from the business to IT&D and provide day-to-day operational support.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support GEP SMART and Oracle integrations.

  • Identify, track, and resolve invoice issues (rejections in Oracle, escalation to GEP).

  • Train and onboard suppliers and internal users.

  • Maintain process documentation and training materials.

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and IT on issue resolution and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Hands-on experience with GEP SMART and Oracle ERP (Procure-to-Pay).

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience with supplier onboarding and invoice workflows.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $60.00 per hour
