Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective negotiation, account management, and sales strategies. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.

Duties

● Engage in warm calling to identify potential clients and nurture existing relationships.

● Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.

● Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts with B2B clients.

● Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through excellent service.

● Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

● Leverage Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales performance.

● Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.

● Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team environment.

● Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting information clearly and persuasively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or technology sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Familiarity with account management practices and customer relationship management tools like Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Solid analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in marketing strategies that align with sales objectives is a plus.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
