Videographer + Photographer + Drone Operator

Event Date: November 6, 2025 (subject to change due to government shutdown)

Project Type: One-day shoot, no post-production required

Project Overview
We are seeking a skilled videographer to capture compelling footage of the groundbreaking ceremony for a new maintenance facility at South Boston Station. The final deliverable will be high-quality footage that will showcase the quality and impact of the upcoming Connecticut River Bridge video.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos, drone footage, and event videography during the groundbreaking.
• Record interviews with stakeholders and key participants (if available).
• Coordinate with on-site personnel to ensure smooth filming logistics.
• Deliver raw footage and assets promptly after the event.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event videography and drone operation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules.
• Professional equipment for both ground and aerial footage.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating interviews and logistics.

Deliverables: Raw footage including:

• Groundbreaking ceremony coverage
• Drone shots of the site
• Interviews (if conducted)
• High-resolution photos

Note: No post-production editing is required.
