Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or recruitment sales — especially in the healthcare, construction, industrial, or IT domains.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out via cold calls, nurturing relationships, arranging meetings with decision-makers, and supporting the closure of recruitment service deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our recruitment and manpower supply services.
Identify and qualify business opportunities across healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and IT sectors.
Book and schedule meetings or discovery calls with HR managers, hiring leads, or decision-makers.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to convert leads into business.
Collaborate with the internal recruitment and business development team to present tailored workforce solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked, proposals shared, and deals closed.
Keep detailed records of sales activity and client interactions in CRM systems.
Stay up to date with market trends, client requirements, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or manpower services.
Industry knowledge of healthcare, construction, industrial workforce, or IT staffing is highly desirable.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships over the phone.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
