- Coordinate all aspects of property transactions, including inspections, appraisals, and final walk-throughs, to ensure timely closings and client satisfaction.
- Arrange and conduct property showings for prospective buyers, providing them with detailed information and answering any inquiries they may have.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, local property values, and industry best practices to provide clients with informed advice and competitive pricing strategies.
- Remain composed and professional in stressful situations, effectively managing client expectations and ensuring smooth negotiations.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as managing property listings, preparing documents, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
- Actively participate in all required training, in-service sessions, and team meetings to stay current on industry changes, sales strategies, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of potential clients, other real estate agents, and industry contacts to drive future sales.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, contracts, and reports throughout the sales process to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as delegated by management.
