Seeking a LMS Admin to provide overall administration and support of SuccessFactors LMS, EdCast LXP and Veeva DMS. Client will provide training on EdCast and Veeva systems.

LMS Admins will provide daily support requests such as:

  • Consult with business partners to optimize the use of LMS and LXP for training delivery and administration
  • Manage users and user groups
  • Create and manage LMS courses
  • Troubleshoot issues for eLearning modules and test eLearning
  • Create and manage certifications/curriculum, ILT sessions, assessments
  • Manage help desk tickets, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Test and ensure files are SCORM compliant and work in LMS
  • Manage document management/document processing in Veeva
  • Create and maintain up to date work instructions for all key platform related procedures
  • Coordinate system owners, global learning solutions, commercial functional training teams and Enterprise IT to ensure consistency on cross-functional training and processes

Pay: $28/hour with eligibility for benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k/PTO)

Start: ASAP

Duration: Through March 2026 with likely yearly extensions (40 hours per week)

Location: Virtual/remote

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of LMS Administration experience
  • 2+ years of recent SuccessFactors LMS experience
  • Service Now experience preferred
  • Life Sciences industry experience preferred
  • Familiar with LXP and DMS
  • Demonstrated adeptness and experience in working directly with business clients and team administrators while managing multiple priorities.
  • Consulting experience in collaborating with business clients to understand their training needs and translating those requirements into administrative system actions.
