We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers with their Own Cargo Van to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and efficient delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Milore Group is expanding our final mile delivery team in Charlotte and seeking independent contractors with their own cargo vans. Drivers will deliver packages to residential and business locations while representing Milore Group with professionalism and reliability.
  • . Monthly Performance Bonuses are available for drivers who consistently meet route and delivery performance standards.

What We Offer

  • Weekly Pay: $700–$1,200+ depending on route volume and consistency
  • Bonuses: Monthly performance bonuses for meeting delivery metrics
  • Average Stops: 80–120 per day
  • Typical Day: Around 8 hours on the road
  • Work Schedule: 7 days available — you choose your days
  • Payday: Every Friday
  • Note: The first week is held and paid the following Friday

Vehicle Requirements

  • Must have a reliable cargo van (Sprinter, Transit, ProMaster, etc.)
  • Vehicle must be in good working condition and able to pass inspection

Routes and assignments are distributed each week for the upcoming week.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred, along with familiarity with inventory processes.
  • Experience driving, particularly with cargo vans or similar vehicles.
  • Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving efficiency.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of products as required by the job.
