Position Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking, globally experienced
Head of Total Rewards
to lead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of our compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition strategies. This executive will play a critical role in shaping how we attract, retain, and reward top talent across five countries, ensuring alignment with our business strategy, culture, and growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead a comprehensive global Total Rewards strategy, including executive compensation, equity programs, incentive design, and global benefits.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CPO and executive leadership on workforce planning, pay equity, and organizational design.
- Oversee global compensation frameworks, job architecture, and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Lead M&A due diligence and integration from a rewards perspective.
- Drive global benefits strategy, vendor governance, and compliance across all operating regions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Total Rewards team, fostering innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and HRBPs to ensure alignment of rewards with business performance and regulatory standards.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive insights, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, including global and executive compensation.
- Proven success in scaling rewards programs in high-growth or transformation environments.
- Deep knowledge of international compensation, benefits, and compliance practices.
- Strong executive presence, analytical acumen, and ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Experience with Workday, Radford, Mercer, or similar platforms preferred.
