We are seeking a seasoned IT Security Administrator to lead and manage our security operations in a primarily cloud-based environment. As the sole security professional on the team (with potential to grow into a leadership role), you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing security tools, policies, and procedures across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Okta and SailPoint as part of a new Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiative.
  • Administer and maintain a broad range of security technologies including Microsoft Defender, O365 security, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and firewalls.
  • Support security of cloud-based applications; ensure secure access and policies across platforms.
  • Manage email security and other security-focused applications.
  • Assist in the rollout and central management of Meraki-based network infrastructure and firewalls.
  • Monitor, identify, and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security best practices are followed across systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT security administration.
  • Strong experience with Okta and SailPoint (implementation and administration).
  • Deep understanding of IAM, security frameworks, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft security tools, cloud security, and network protection strategies.
  • Experience with cloud-first environments (no traditional data center).
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

Compensation: $100,000-130,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
