Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Account Manager. The position is on-site and located in Dallas, TX. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering outstanding customer service. Additional tasks include generating leads and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX
- Experience in the parking and access control industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
