We're looking for a passionate Recruiter & Culture Champion to help us attract top talent and ensure our values are lived out every day. This role is equal parts talent acquisition specialist and culture ambassador, dedicated to finding great people while fostering the culture that makes Parasol Alliance unique.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding across technical, business, and operational roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and culture fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a smooth, transparent, and engaging recruitment process that reflects Parasol Alliance's people-first culture.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates, feedback, and a positive hiring journey.

Employer Branding & Outreach

  • Promote Parasol Alliance's award-winning culture and mission through job postings, social media, networking, and professional events.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and industry events.

Culture & Engagement

  • Act as a Culture Enthusiast, helping onboard new employees into our values and "Happiest IT Company" mindset.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and current staff on company values, workplace expectations, and employee engagement programs.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure recruiting and HR practices align with our values of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Plan and support initiatives that celebrate employee milestones, recognition programs, wellness activities, and team events.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, gathering employee feedback and collaborating with HR to strengthen engagement strategies.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
  • Track key metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction).
  • Become a subject matter expert on Predictive Index, manage assessments during the hiring process, train staff and managers on the cultural impact of PI.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment and culture-integration processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency). Experience in IT, healthcare, or senior living is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for people, culture, and creating a workplace where employees thrive.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
