Job description

College and high school pickleball continues to grow at a fast rate, and we are looking for someone to help meet the demand for activation in these sectors. Since 2022, DUPR has been the leader in both college and high school pickleball, and you will be joining a rocket-ship team of trailblazers in the pickleball industry This role will be vitally important for both maintaining and expanding our relationships with clubs and partners in the college and high school pickleball world.

This position will end on April 30th, 2026 with the conclusion of the collegiate pickleball season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Activating and onboarding college and high school clubs
  • Regularly meeting with college and high school clubs
  • Planning and prepping for college and high school events that DUPR runs
  • Pioneering the pathway for collegiate pickleball to become a varsity sport at more universities
  • Managing and organizing the CRM
  • On-site help for college and high school events

Requirements:

  • Experience running a college or high school pickleball organization
  • Ability to work events on the weekends
  • Strong communication skills that allow you to connect with new partners and clubs
  • Ambition to grow pickleball into the best college and high school sport
