We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java AWS Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, AWS services, and microservices architecture, with a proven track record of leading development teams and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of cloud-based applications using Java and AWS.
  • Architect and implement microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability in cloud environments.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java 8/11, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM, and VPC.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect).
  • Experience in leading cloud migration or modernization projects.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
