Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Organizational Effectiveness Manager to join our HR Resource Center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvement and optimization initiatives, with a focus on increasing the adoption of self-service solutions. This role will work closely with HR stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to analyze, design, and implement process improvements for new and existing work to enhance the employee experience, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization:
Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across the HRRC, with a focus on streamlining workflows, reducing manual tasks, and increasing automation. Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business leaders to understand process pain points and develop solutions to address them. Design and implement process improvements that leverage technology, data analytics, and best practices. - Self-Service Strategy and Adoption:
Execute a self-service strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement self-service solutions that meet employee needs and improve HR service delivery. Drive adoption of self-service solutions through change management, communication, and training programs. - HR Service Delivery:
Work closely with HRRC teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR service delivery performance. - Transition of Work to Shared Services:
Lead the transition of identified work from within the sector HR teams into Tier 2 and Tier 3 shared service groups, ensuring a seamless handover of processes and responsibilities. Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business leaders to identify opportunities for work to be transitioned to shared services, and develop plans to execute these transitions. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure a smooth transition of work, and provide training and support to HR teams and business stakeholders as needed. - Data Analysis and Insights:
Analyze data and metrics to inform process improvement and optimization initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to HR stakeholders and business leaders on process performance and opportunities for improvement.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 7+ years' experience in Human Resources and 3+ years of experience in process improvement, optimization, or a related field, preferably in HR or a similar function.
- Proven track record of driving process improvement and optimization initiatives that have resulted in significant cost savings, productivity gains, or improved employee experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- Experience with HR service delivery, process design, and technology implementation.
- Strong understanding of HR service center operations, including service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR systems, including ServiceNow, workflow automation, and self-service platforms.
- Certification in process improvement or optimization methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
- Experience working in a shared services or HR Resource Center environment.
- Experience with change management and organizational development.
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $179920
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
