Summary

Merivance, Inc. is looking for passionate and professional Brand Ambassadors to join our growing marketing and sales team to assist with our clients in the telecommunications and home entertainment industry As a face-to-face representative, you'll play an important role in attracting new customers, sharing promotions, launching new products, and creating a positive, team-oriented environment. You'll also help execute in-store marketing campaigns with AT&T Wireless and engage directly with shoppers to build brand awareness and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong communication skills, a great attitude, and a genuine interest in sales, marketing, and customer service. We provide paid training, so no previous experience is required — just a willingness to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting to promote products and services.
  • Build trust-based relationships and provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism.
  • Assist with the setup and execution of in-store marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Educate customers on AT&T Wireless brand promotions and special offers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
  • Provide feedback to management to help improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Create memorable customer experiences to boost loyalty and brand awareness.
  • Offer constructive feedback on products, services, and company improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales and marketing.
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or promotions is a plus but not required.
