We're a locally owned, growing hospitality group seeking an experienced Operations Manager / General Manager to help us elevate systems, strengthen accountability, and lead with purpose. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on creating structure, developing people, and driving consistency through culture.
-What You'll Do
Develop and refine systems that bring clarity, accountability, and operational excellence.
Build strong teams through coaching, training, and daily follow-up.
Lead by example — present, engaged, and committed to guest and team experience.
Drive financial performance by monitoring labor, COGS, and controllables.
Maintain standards for cleanliness, safety, and execution across all departments.
Partner with ownership to streamline communication, strengthen leadership, and ensure consistent performance.
-What We're Looking For
3–5 years of management experience in a full-service or high-volume concept.
Proven ability to create and sustain accountability systems for staff and managers.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and guest service.
Familiarity with tools like Toast, 7shifts, XtraChef, and QuickBooks is a plus.
A hands-on leader who builds structure and motivates through consistency, not chaos.

Salary: $62,500–$70,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
