Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair, paint and refinishing, and structural repair. You will work on a variety of vehicles, diagnosing damage, performing repairs, and ensuring every job meets our high standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine the repair plan.
  • Perform structural and cosmetic repairs, including panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening.
  • Apply paint and finishes using industry-standard techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate with management regarding repair progress and any additional issues discovered.
  • Follow all safety procedures and comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an auto body technician or collision repair specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and materials.
  • Proficiency with painting, sanding, and refinishing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
