P&R Property Consulting Group is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Multifamily and Residential Renovation/Remodel Superintendent to join our expanding company. This position will be based out of Charlotte, NC.

As the Superintendent, you will manage and have intimate project knowledge from pre-construction to completion, have a thorough understanding of the project management processes (RFI's, Scopes of Work, Change Orders, critical path scheduling, etc.) and meet contractual obligations. We are looking for an individual that demonstrates excellent communication skills (verbal and written), high end customer service, great organizational and time management skills, plus problem-solving skills. You must also have an eye for detail, can multi-task, and be a team leader.

Who we are looking for:

• Must have computer experience with Microsoft Office, Project Management Software, Smart Phones and proficient Internet usage
• An understanding of critical path scheduling
• Ideal candidates must have basic knowledge of all common trades (Masonry, Framing, Mechanical, Roofing, Siding, Trim, drywall, paint, etc.) and how to properly schedule them
• Must possess construction industry knowledge and terminology
• Must have great attention to detail and possess solid communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels within the company and our clients
• Must possess strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to receive instructions and explain problems or situations
• Able to physically handle loading and unloading material, products, and tools
• Knowledge in construction tools and equipment and proper use
• Must pass background check
• Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation, including a personal truck capable of transporting tools/materials as needed.
• Ability to travel between job sites as required.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

· Communicate effectively and professionally with internal peers and executives, as well as customer representatives of all levels.

· Complete tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering high-quality work products.

· Communicate project updates to all involved.

· Manage and delegate all aspects of the project.

· Maintain communication with project contacts regarding scheduling.

· Ensure inventory of materials received at the project site.

· Complete Project closeout, including but not limited to sign-off and punch lists.

· Manage ordering and delivery of materials required for renovations
