JOB SUMMARY 

Join Our High-Impact Team at OXXO USA (Southwest Convenience Stores) as a Maintenance Manager

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Valid Driver's License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting & valid vehicle insurance (required) 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and three years of maintenance experience (required)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintenance & supervisory experience (required)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the retail locations spread across Midland, Odessa, Abilene, Wichita Falls, and Big Spring area 
  • Supervises a team of maintenance technicians to ensure maintenance work is efficiently executed without incident.
  • Assists in setting schedules and allocating work tools and materials for the weekly work schedule
  • Monitors and appraises progress to ensure productivity, work quality and schedule adherence
  • Ensures team understands work scope and performance expectations
  • Primary Owner of all activities associated with Urgent Work and Emergency Work
  • Ensured technicians are adequately trained for their job assignment
  • Identifies training needs and participates in development of training programs
  • Maintains visible and active field presence to promote safe working environment and ensure adherence to safe work practices, Participates in audits and near-miss/incident investigations
  • Follows-up on safety issues until closure
  • Enforces all safety guidelines established by the company
  • Identifies and resolves delays that would prevent schedule attainment
  • Conduct daily maintenance and work orders are completed in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with business vendors and store leaders on store needs 
  • Familiar with building and structure maintenance
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Visit retail sites on a regular basis
  • Must be able to wear PPE May be required to climb ladders or scaffolding
