Licensed Clinician

Job Summary
After eight years of providing integrated, multimodal therapy, I am expanding my private practice into a boutique group practice - a collaborative environment for clinicians who value high-quality, whole-person care.
This is an opportunity to join a team of skilled, thoughtful professionals committed to providing meaningful, evidence-based therapy and fostering genuine growth and transformation.
Whether you're a newly licensed clinician eager to develop your craft or a seasoned professional seeking a supportive, growth-oriented community, this may be the perfect fit for you.
Margarita Solomonova, LCSW PLLC is a psychotherapy practice that integrates evidence-based modalities with holistic, mind-body approaches. We believe therapy is both an art and a science-a space where deep healing, self-awareness, and transformation unfold.
The ideal candidate is relational, grounded, and open to integrating holistic perspectives alongside evidence-based techniques - helping clients not only manage daily challenges but also achieve deeper emotional and personal growth.
- Competitive fee-for-service pay: $60–$65 per session (1099 contractor) or W-2 option available
- Steady stream of referrals and caseload-building support
- A community of like-minded, soulful clinicians who value collaboration and authenticity
- Opportunity to grow with the practice as it expands
Duties
Clinicians in our practice provide individual therapy for adults and/or couples therapy, using modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, EFT, or similar evidence-based approaches. You'll work with clients navigating a range of behavioral health needs, including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, and mood-related concerns.
The ideal candidate is relational, grounded, and open to integrating holistic perspectives alongside evidence-based techniques - helping clients not only manage daily challenges but also achieve deeper emotional and personal growth.
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and others modalities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical professionals, educators, and community agencies to coordinate care plans and ensure holistic support.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality.
- Manage case loads efficiently by conducting patient assessments, tracking progress through data collection and clinical research methods, and adjusting treatment approaches as needed.
- Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs and other pre-licensed clinicians working toward their independent licensure.
- Support the development of newer clinicians through mentorship, consultation, and case review.
- Facilitate crisis management interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies or behavioral crises.
- Provide training or supervision related to social work practices for interns or junior staff when applicable.
Skills
- Solid grounding in psychotherapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based modalities.
- Experience or interest in integrative approaches that blend traditional and holistic frameworks, supporting emotional healing, self-awareness, and transformation.
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and strengths-based approaches.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and data collection; experience with CPT and ICD-10 coding for accurate clinical documentation is preferred.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations while ensuring full HIPAA compliance and maintaining the highest standard of care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine capacity for empathy, presence, and active listening.
