Primary Services is actively recruiting for a
Bilingual Customer Service Operator
to support a leading energy sector organization. In this role, you will serve as the company's voice, delivering high-quality service to customers with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. You will resolve inquiries related to billing, policies, and online account support while ensuring an excellent customer experience and adherence to performance goals. Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve non-routine customer inquiries related to billing, policies, and account management.
  • Handle complex customer requests with judgment and adaptability.
  • Record and process commitments on customer accounts in accordance with established policies.
  • Assist customers with online account access and mobile app support.
  • Educate customers on energy consumption and billing options to promote understanding and efficiency.
  • Meet daily performance metrics and schedule adherence standards.
  • Support and guide less experienced team members as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy during all customer interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Proficiency with standard office and customer service software systems.
  • Reliable, dependable, and capable of maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
