Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Phoenix, AZ. Overview: Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid) with strong analytical capabilities and technical reporting skills to support strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with operational and executive leadership to provide insights that drive performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and analysis to support business strategy
  • Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI for real-time performance insights
  • Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Identify trends, variances, and performance improvement opportunities
  • Partner with operational teams to translate data into actionable insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Experience working with large data sets and complex reporting structures
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
