The Senior FP&A Manager will play a critical role in the financial planning and analysis function of a dynamic organization. This position is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, managing budgeting processes, and supporting decision-making through detailed financial modeling and analysis. The FP&A Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a private equity-backed environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
