Overall Purpose:
Lead a high-performing sales team to drive growth and secure contracts in apartments, condos, and single-family homes within your assigned territory. Champion AT&T's products and services with a strong focus on top-tier development partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and motivate sales executives to exceed sales targets in your designated territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to win new business and protect existing revenue streams.
- Ensure daily compliance with AT&T's policies and procedures across all sales operations.
- Guide, coach, and support team members through hiring, training, performance management, and career development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 8+ years of sales experience, ideally in telecom, technology, or related fields
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex sales cycles, and solve problems with sound judgment.

Our Associate Director-Connected Communities earn between $95,600 - $143,400+ $60,000 commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
