WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A GROCERY STORE MANAGER

As a Full Time Grocery Store Manager at Brookhaven Market, you'll play a pivotal role in steering our store toward excellence You'll develop innovative business strategies to grow our customer base, boost store traffic, and optimize profitability. Your responsibilities include writing staff schedules, managing hiring and employee relations, and training our sales team to meet sales goals. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through exceptional service is key, while you maintain compliance with policies and uphold outstanding store conditions.

Dealing with any employee or customer issues will be part of your day-to-day, all while leading by example and embodying our high-performance culture. With a variety of store manager duties at your disposal, each day will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth
