The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Experienced Technical Product Manager to support our dynamic team in Multiple Locations.
This is a hybrid position and can be located at any of the listed locations: Berkeley, MO; Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Ridley Park, PA, San Antonio, TX; Arlington, VA.
Integrated Champion Environment (ICE) enables production teams to manage work statements, optimize labor charging, and proactively address non-conformances. This leads to improved shop floor execution, enhanced performance visibility, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, these applications empower supporting functions such as production engineering by providing necessary data and insights to optimize processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, ICE and PIVT enable teams to meet production targets, improve quality, and foster a culture of ongoing improvement.
Position Responsibilities:
• Develops and manages multiple, complex project plans and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap
• Provides input to determine complex project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle.
• Negotiates changes to project baselines.
• Monitor performance and drive enhancements to maximize value
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and Stakeholders
• Manages the incorporation of quality management systems for projects.
• Monitors project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals.
• Develops and executes project communication plans.
• Leads activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Develops estimates and proposals for new business
• Ensure clear communication and alignment on goals, timelines, and expectations
• Create and champion communication plans, internally market capabilities and success stories
• Lead and create communities to drive disruptive innovation in all aspects of our employee processes
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of product management experience with technology products, including vision to delivery of product, in an agile, iterative way
- Experience driving product vision and design discussions
- Experience with facilitating and participating in Agile development processes
- Experience in developing digital, analytics or AI products and technologies
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
- Experience with advanced AI (e.g., GenAI) products
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Software Development, Data Science, UX/UI, Customer Support, or Finance
- Palantir Experience
- Experience as a Product Manager in tech companies
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
$102,000 - $147,200
