Compensation Structure

Pre-Licensed Phase (Associate Level):

  • $50–$55 per 90837 session

  • $60–$65 per 90791 intake

  • Includes full supervision, training, and admin support

Licensed + Credentialed Phase:

  • $70–$75 per 90837 session

  • $80–$85 per 90791 intake

  • Higher tiers available for leadership or self-sourced clients

Preference is given to candidates local to Alexandria, VA, who are available for in-office sessions. In-office availability qualifies for the higher pay tier.

What You'll Do

  • Provide 12+ therapy hours per week (telehealth and/or in-person)

  • Work with adults, adolescents, and couples managing ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues

  • Participate in bi-weekly supervision, training, and professional development

  • Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy

  • LMSW, LGSW, Resident in Counseling, or equivalent (pre-licensed)

  • Minimum 1 year of therapy experience

  • Availability for evenings or weekends preferred

  • Interest in CBT, EMDR, or holistic/mind-body approaches
