To strengthen our presence in the U.S. OEM market, we are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Cobot Sales Manager who can lead our business development efforts with automotive, food & beverage, and other OEM customers. This is a senior strategic role for someone who understands both technology and relationships — blending technical fluency with business insight and long-term partnership building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a national OEM sales strategy focused on automotive, food & beverage, and large-scale manufacturing sectors.
- Build, manage, and expand direct relationships with key OEM accounts across the United States.
- Identify opportunities for integrating Huayan's Cobot solutions into OEM production lines and automation systems.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to design custom automation and welding solutions for high-volume customers.
- Present technical and business proposals to senior executives and engineering directors at OEM clients.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor on topics such as Cobot programming, Python scripting, SDK integration, welding automation, and system connectivity.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from strategic prospecting to contract negotiation and post-sale support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product development and sales strategy.
- Represent Huayan Robotics America Inc. at major trade shows, conferences, and OEM events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in industrial automation or robotics sales, with proven success in OEM account management.
- Established relationships with automotive, food & beverage, or other major OEM manufacturers in the U.S. market.
- Strong understanding of Cobots, robotic arms, PLC systems, Python programming, SDK integration, and industrial welding applications.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with robotic arms or automation projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic negotiation skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States and travel extensively (50–70%) to meet with key OEM customers.
