Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our network on a contract basis.

In this role, you will deliver outstanding guest experiences by managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Process guest reservations, requests, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guests have a seamless stay.
  • Assist in managing guest requests and special accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Lightspeed Property Management System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with hotel management software or ability to learn quickly.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
