Head Coach, Beach Volleyball, Varsity Girls

Job Goal
To develop and maintain an efficient and competitive athletic program. We believe in competitive oppprortunities, strength and conditioning and camp opportunities. Queen Creek is a 6A athletic sports program that has Varsity and JV levels. Varsity Head Coach is expected to develop coaches and athletes at all levels.

Qualifications

• NFHS Concussion Course
• NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
• NFHS Bullying, Hazing & Inappropriate Behaviors Course
• Head Coaches must also have NFHS Sport-Specific Course and First Aid Course
• 3+ years of experience prefered of varsity coaching experience
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:
Girls Varsity Volleyball 2:30 p.m.-6 p.m.

COMPENSATION:
Per QCUSD salary schedule for applicable position

REPORTS TO:
Athletic Director

Performance Responsibilities
Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Fundraising
• Run camps and clinics
• Compliance of all AIA Bylaws
