You will play a key role in maintaining project momentum, resolvingfield challenges in real-time, and upholding the highest standards of safety andcompliance.Working on projects where uptime, precision, and quality are critical, you will coordinatethe installation of key systems - including power distribution, generators, HVAC, and ITinfrastructure - ensuring flawless execution in line with hyperscale data centerrequirements such as N+1 and 2N redundancy strategies, Tier III/IV standards, anddemanding client specifications. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating andmanaging all day-to-day field activities, including overseeing subcontractors, vendors,direct labor crews, and trade disciplines across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical,and low-voltage systems. You will enforce compliance with project plans, engineeringspecifications, contract documents, and ensure that all work is carried out safely,efficiently, and to the highest quality standardsThis role is a high-impact, boots-on-the-ground leadership role for a results-drivenprofessional who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where uptime,precision, and flawless execution for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-performanceenvironments, has proven experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, andexcels at driving teams toward safe, efficient, and on-schedule project completion.Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day on-site operations for large-scale hyperscale and AI data centerprojects, ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and inaccordance with project specifications.Supervise and coordinate multiple work crews, subcontractors, and trades(electrical, mechanical, structural, IT/communications) to ensure cohesive andtimely execution of project phases.Drive progress and productivity by managing site resources, personnel, andmaterial logistics while maintaining clear and proactive communication withproject management teams.Monitor and enforce strict compliance with safety regulations (OSHA standards),quality control protocols, and environmental guidelines across all site activities.Oversee installation of critical infrastructure systems, including power distribution,backup generators, UPS systems, HVAC, fire life safety systems, and IT cablinginfrastructure.Coordinate with project managers, BIM/VDC teams, and design engineers toproactively resolve field issues and ensure alignment between design intent andsite execution.Conduct routine quality inspections and audits to verify work is completed to highstandards and in accordance with project drawings, BIM models, andspecifications.Manage and maintain detailed records of daily site activities, workforcedeployment, material usage, and project milestones.Drive adherence to construction schedules, proactively identifying risks andimplementing mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and budgettargets.Foster a positive, professional, and safety-first culture among field crews, settingclear expectations and holding teams accountable for performance and behavioron-site.Drive the execution of mission-critical systems including power distribution(MV/LV), standby generators, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), chillers,CRAC units, building management systems (BMS), and IT infrastructure, inalignment with hyperscale data center requirements.Qualifications & Experience: 8+ years of progressive construction site experience, including supervisory rolessuch as General Foreman, Superintendent, or equivalent.
