Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced artificial intelligence solutions that drive business insights and operational efficiencies. The AI Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable AI models and integrate them into existing systems, ensuring robust performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and other AI tools to solve complex business problems.
  • Design and optimize database schemas and data pipelines utilizing SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and other big data technologies.
  • Write efficient code in programming languages including Python, Java, C, R, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for data analysis and model deployment.
  • Conduct data mining and exploratory data analysis to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI solutions into production environments on cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Apply natural language processing techniques to improve language understanding capabilities of AI systems.
  • Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and refine algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and big data analytics to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in AI development, machine learning, natural language processing, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Java, R, SQL, C, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), with hands-on experience in TensorFlow and other AI frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of database design principles as well as big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
  • Experience working with cloud services like AWS for deploying scalable AI models.
  • Knowledge of data mining techniques and analytics tools for extracting insights from large datasets.
  • Familiarity with SAS or similar statistical analysis software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
