Community Outreach Manager

Position Summary
The Community Outreach Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing wellness-focused events and member experiences that align with the brand's mission to promote community connection, proactive wellness and business growth. This role combines creativity, organization, and customer engagement to enhance the member experience and attract new clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Develop, coordinate, and execute wellness-related table events, member appreciation gatherings, and community outreach.
- Manage event logistics including setup, coordination, and supplies.
- Minimum of 2 events per week. Events focused within 3-5 mile target area of each store Grow spa new clientele monthly.
Member & Guest Engagement
- Create engaging experiences that build community and increase member retention.
- Gather member feedback to continuously improve event offerings.Promote events through email campaigns, social media, and spa materials.
Assist with member onboarding events and promotional activities to grow membership.
Looking for an outgoing personality; someone who enjoys prospective client interaction.
Marketing & Collaboration
- Partner with marketing teams to design promotional materials and campaigns for events.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community partners.
- Track event attendance, analyze engagement metrics, and prepare post-event reports.
Operations & Administration
- Maintain event calendars and communicate scheduling updates to management.
- Support spa coordinators as needed during event hours.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a wellness spa, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
- Proficient in social media marketing tools.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
