*About The Role*
A healthcare-focused organization is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts for its health plan segment. This hybrid role blends messaging development, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement and growth across payer audiences.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Shape messaging and positioning for health plan buyers
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, webinars, and events
  • Create targeted content and sales materials tailored to payer needs
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and demand generation teams to align strategy
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
  • Stay informed on healthcare trends and payer market dynamics

*Requirements*

  • 5+ years of B2B healthcare marketing experience, ideally with payers or health tech
  • Strong campaign planning and execution skills
  • Ability to simplify complex offerings into clear, compelling messaging
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms

*Preferred Qualifications*

  • Background in payer marketing or digital health
  • Understanding of diverse buyer personas in healthcare
  • Experience creating sales enablement content
  • Comfortable navigating change and growth environments

Pay Details:
$40.00 to $48.00 per hour
