Strategic Initiatives Manager

Wolf & Company is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead and drive the strategy, deployment, and execution of AI initiatives alongside other high-impact internal projects. This role is central to advancing the firm's innovation agenda, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business value. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of project management expertise and business analyst capabilities, working closely with firm senior leadership to ensure initiatives are well-defined, strategically aligned, and successfully executed.
ResponsibilitiesAI & Automation Initiatives (50%)
• Develop and execute AI- and automation-centered workflow improvements to enhance internal business efficiency and innovation.
• Organize, monitor, and lead AI deployment efforts across internal teams and departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, and Learning & Development to drive AI adoption across the firm.
• Own, deliver, and track effectiveness of AI-driven initiatives from ideation to implementation.
• Evaluate and measure ROI on AI-driven projects and present insights to firm leadership.
• Analyze internal business needs to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals and emerging industry trends.
• Drive AI education and adoption across the organization, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI technologies to position the firm for strategic advantage.
General Project Management & Business Analysis (50%)
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of internal strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and align expectations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to achieve project goals and business outcomes
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution and stakeholder communication
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and business impact
• Support testing and quality assurance efforts by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing test cases
• Ensure solutions align with internal business objectives, compliance standards, and organizational strategy
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation
Cross-Functional & Strategic Responsibilities:
• Serve as a liaison between internal business units, technology teams, and firm leadership to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Contribute to strategic planning and portfolio prioritization by evaluating business value and feasibility
• Champion project management and business analysis best practices across the organization
• Promote adoption of agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs and team capabilities
• Support change management initiatives and training efforts to ensure successful implementation and user adoption
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, automation, or AI implementation
- Experience in management consulting or professional services is a plus
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, innovations, and AI-driven business models
- Familiarity with data analysis, ROI measurement, and business intelligence tools
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate within a matrixed environment
- Strategic mindset with the ability to own and deliver complex initiatives
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
