About the Position:

Moran is looking for a Franchise Business Coach that is highly motivated and trained to help our franchisees grow their business. This position will work directly with our franchise owners over the phone and in person to help make a positive impact in their business. They will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, and provide guidance on day-to-day business operations. A background in automotive experience is desired.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary support center contact for franchisees with continuous contact
  • Train, advise and assess franchisees businesses to impact performance
  • Analyze weekly, monthly & yearly financial reports and isolate areas of improvement or non-compliance.
  • Create projection models for each center.
  • Create action plans for franchisees to increase revenues.
  • Assist with internal programs and initiatives designed to enhance franchise operations
  • Collaborate with other departments on new initiatives and assist with education
  • Participate in New Franchise Training and ongoing training program development
  • Provide guidance on various business operating systems such as Point of Sale systems, QuickBooks, VOIP and other support technologies
  • Develop and maintain department reports and databases: franchise contact lists, interaction notes, opening statuses and department meetings
  • Assist with resolving customer issues and recruiting when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Interpret financial statements such as P&L and Cash Flow Statement
  • 5 years of management experience
  • Ability to travel
  • Microsoft proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Effective time management and multitasking
  • Ability to self-manage and make independent decisions
  • Outgoing personality
  • Experience with automotive and/or franchising is strongly preferred
  • Full-time

Salary: $60, $80,000.00 per year
