Job Overview:

Athios is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance our customer's IT service management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality ServiceNow applications, integrations, and customizations, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and platforms using APIs and web services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain platform stability, performance, and security best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and new release deployments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide API.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Experience with HRSD, ITOM, or CSM modules.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active Secret Clearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $ $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
