​What You'll Do (Your Mission):

​Consultative Sales: Meet with clients (virtually and in-person) to conduct comprehensive needs analyses and present tailored health and life insurance solutions.

​Business Development: Actively market and prospect to expand your client base and establish long-term professional relationships.

​Licensing & Training: Commit to becoming fully licensed (Health & Life) and utilize our proprietary training program to become an expert in the field. (Assistance and discounts available for the right candidates)

​Client Management: Provide ongoing, exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and foster strong referrals.

​Self-Management: Own your schedule, manage your workflow, and operate with the integrity and professionalism of an independent business owner.
