Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable digital marketing solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. The AEP Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance data-driven marketing strategies and ensure optimal platform performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and configure data pipelines and schemas within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

  • Implement and manage Real-Time Customer Profiles (RTCP) and Identity Service configurations.

  • Develop and optimize data ingestion workflows using Streaming, Batch, and Source Connectors.

  • Configure and manage Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Web SDK / Mobile SDK).

  • Integrate AEP with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

  • Create and manage XDM schemas, datasets, and data governance policies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data ingestion, identity stitching, and profile activation issues.

  • Collaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure accurate data activation and personalization.

  • Work with APIs and automation scripts to support integration and migration tasks.

  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and system performance across the AEP ecosystem.

Adobe Experience Platform Developer Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or related Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

  • Strong knowledge of XDM schema modeling, identity management, and data governance.

  • Hands-on experience with Web SDK / Mobile SDK, API integrations, and Adobe Launch / Tags.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data lakes or cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Real-Time CDP.

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and data transformation skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
