Meeting Sponsorship Coordinator

LHH is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization based in the Washington, DC area to hire a Meeting Sponsorship Coordinator for a temporary position starting ASAP through December 2026. The ideal candidate will have non-clinical healthcare experience, be highly customer-focused, and passionate about event and meeting coordination.
In this role, you will manage and execute sponsor benefit commitments across conferences, conventions, and events. You will work closely with internal teams and external sponsors to ensure all sponsorship agreements are fulfilled seamlessly, providing an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
This position offers an hourly pay rate of
$23–$28
, depending on experience, and features a
hybrid schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sponsor benefit fulfillment across various events, ensuring accurate tracking from initial agreements through post-event follow-up.
- Serve as the primary liaison for sponsor communications, clarifying expectations, deadlines, and providing tailored materials and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsors receive proper recognition across platforms and promotional channels.
- Coordinate with program and registration teams to manage sponsored sessions and related logistics, including registration accommodations.
- Assist sales and sponsorship teams with reporting, tracking revenue, and monitoring key performance metrics.
- Provide on-site support at major events as needed.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with
MS Office

Salesforce - Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
