Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview
The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical and plumbing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and adhering to safety regulations while maintaining the overall project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all aspects of the project are accounted for.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
• Assist in the selection and procurement of materials and equipment related to HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, and institutional project requirements.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
