Family Centered Treatment (FCT) – Licensed Clinician

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of children and families? Support, Inc. is looking for a Licensed Therapist, either full or associate level, to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) program. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with families in their homes and communities, helping them build on their strengths and create lasting change.

What You'll Do

  • Provide intensive, family-focused therapy in the home to support children with behavioral health needs.
  • Partner with parents and caregivers to strengthen family dynamics and improve functioning.
  • Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans based on the needs of each child and family.
  • Collaborate with schools, DSS, juvenile justice, and other community partners.
  • Document services according to FCT and Medicaid standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification in the Family Centered Treatment model (provided by the agency).

What We're Looking For

  • Active NC clinical license (LCSW/LCSWA, LMFT/LMFTA, LCMHC/LCMHCA)
  • Master's degree in a human services field and 1+ year of MH/SU/DD experience
  • Experience with children, adolescents, and families involved with DSS or juvenile justice preferred
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Ability to work independently in the community while staying connected to a supportive team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid NC driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
