Position Overview:
The Senior Property Accountant will support the accounting team during a 6-week assignment by managing reconciliations, payments, and month-end close processes. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, time management, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.

  • Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.

  • Calculate management fees using Excel with data pulled from Yardi.

  • Assist with accounts payable and month-end close activities.

  • Perform additional accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Yardi (required).

  • Strong problem-solving, relationship management, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Highly motivated, proactive team player who can work with minimal supervision.
