We're hiring dedicated therapists to provide remote psychotherapy to students. We offer both 1:1 therapy and family therapy, depending on the age and circumstances of the student. With the flexibility to select your working hours, manage your caseload, and choose the demographic you're most passionate about, we provide the perfect platform for you to design your ideal practice.

Fully remote (must be licensed in Washington)

Employment Type:
1099

Pay Range:

  • $75-$90 hourly (plus bilingual and cross licensed differential)
  • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows

What You'll Do

  • Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners.
  • Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.
  • Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to program growth—help refine Daybreak's clinical offerings.

  • Active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Washington
